Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via our online shop at www.kingsplace.shop getätigt werden.
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts concluded with Infinitum Trade GmbH via our online shop.

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order. By clicking the order button, you are making a binding offer. The contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation via email.
3. Prices and delivery charges
All prices are final and include VAT. In addition to the prices quoted, we charge delivery costs.
4. Delivery, availability of goods
Delivery within the EU is made to the delivery address you have provided. Delivery usually takes 2 to 14 working days.
If not all of the products ordered are in stock, we reserve the right to make partial deliveries.
5. Payment
The following payment methods are available in our shop:
- Bank transfer, credit card, invoice payment, direct debit, cryptocurrency, PayPal
Your account will be debited when you select the payment method at the time of ordering, unless you are paying by invoice or using a payment method with different terms.
6. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
7. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. You can find further details in our Cancellation Policy and in the following section.
Right of withdrawal:
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The period begins on the day of purchase. To exercise this right, simply send us an informal notification.
Consequences of withdrawal:
If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments, including delivery costs, without delay and at the latest within fourteen days. The refund will be made using the same method as the original payment, unless expressly agreed otherwise. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods, unless otherwise agreed.

8. Warranty
The statutory liability for defects applies. For second-hand goods, the warranty period is one year from the date of delivery, provided that the defect was not fraudulently concealed. This reduction does not apply in the event of injury to life, limb or health, or in the event of a breach of duty caused by wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
9. Dispute resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
10. Final provisions
German law applies, to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not restrict any mandatory statutory provisions of the country in which they are resident.
Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
