Items returned must be in their original condition. Unpacked and/or resealed goods, or goods that have been used, are not eligible for return. We are happy to replace any goods that are defective or faulty.

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Further details can be found in our cancellation policy and in the section below.

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days of entering into it. The period begins on the day of purchase. To exercise this right, simply send us an informal notification.

If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments, including delivery costs, without delay and at the latest within fourteen days. The refund will be made using the same method as the original payment, unless expressly agreed otherwise. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods, unless otherwise agreed.
