2. General information on data processing
We generally process our users’ personal data only to the extent necessary to provide a fully functional online shop, as well as our content and services. Personal data is usually processed only with the user’s consent or where such processing is permitted by law (e.g. Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR – performance of a contract).
3. Hosting
Our online shop is hosted by STRATO AG (Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin). A data processing agreement has been concluded with Strato in accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR. The servers are located in Germany. Strato stores server log files, including IP addresses, dates, times, referrers and user agents, for a maximum of 7 days.
4. Access data (server log files)
When you visit our website, data is automatically collected (server log files), including:
- IP address
- Date and time of the enquiry
- Pages/files accessed
- Browser type and version
- Operating system
This data is used to ensure the technical operation of the system and to defend against attacks (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).
5. Cookies & Consent Management
We use cookies to enable the shop’s basic functions and, with your consent, for analytical and security purposes.
Consent management is handled via the plugin Complianz | GDPR/CCPA Cookie Consent. On your first visit, you can customise which cookies you wish to accept. The legal basis for setting non-essential cookies is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR).
6. Customer account & order
Sie können bei uns als Gast oder mit einem Kundenkonto einkaufen. Dabei verarbeiten wir folgende personenbezogene Daten:

- Payment details
- Ordering information
The purpose of the processing is to fulfil the order (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR). The data will be stored for the duration of the statutory retention periods (e.g. 10 years in accordance with Section 147 of the German Fiscal Code).
7. Payment service providers
Mollie
We use the following payment service provider Mollie B.V., Keizersgracht 126, 1015 CW Amsterdam, Netherlands. Mollie processes your payment details under its own responsibility. For further information, please visit:

NOWPayments (cryptocurrencies)
For payments in cryptocurrencies, we use NOWPayments, a service provided by N.V. TRUSTTECH B.V., with its registered office in Curaçao. Data processing is carried out on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR (performance of a contract). When paying in cryptocurrencies, the transfer of data to third countries cannot be ruled out.
PayPal, Klarna, and others via Mollie
If you use Mollie payment methods such as PayPal, Klarna. If you use a credit card or Sofortüberweisung, the respective privacy policies of these providers also apply.
8. Delivery service provider
To deliver your order, we pass on your address details to a delivery service provider (e.g. DHL). This processing is carried out in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR for the purpose of fulfilling the contract.
9. Local web analytics: Koko Analytics
We use Koko Analytics, a GDPR-compliant, locally hosted analytics tool with no external connections. No personal data (such as IP addresses) is processed. The analysis is carried out anonymously, and no cookies are set. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR (legitimate interest in statistical analysis).
10. Safety
To secure our website, we use the following measures, amongst others:
- Wordfence Security v
- Limit Login Attempts Reloaded (Login protection)
- Really Simple SSL (HTTPS encryption)
The processing is carried out on the basis of our legitimate interest in IT security (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).
11. Rights of data subjects
Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:
- Information pursuant to Article 15 of the GDPR
- Rectification under Article 16 of the GDPR
- Erasure pursuant to Article 17 of the GDPR
- Restriction of processing under Article 18 of the GDPR

If you contact us via the contact form or by email, your details will be processed for the purpose of handling your enquiry. The legal basis for this is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR; for general enquiries, this may be Article 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest).
13. Data processing on behalf of a client
Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) in accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR have been concluded with all service providers who have access to personal data as part of the technical infrastructure (e.g. hosting providers, plugins), where necessary.

We reserve the right to amend this privacy policy, for example in the event of new features or changes in the law. You can find the latest version on our website at any time.
