  • Letter and parcel delivery: We send books and small items by post (within Germany as registered post). Parcel deliveries and larger orders are sent via DHL. In other EU countries, registered post is delivered in accordance with regulations only upon signature (on delivery).

  • Parcel tracking: Parcel shipments are assigned a tracking number, which is stored in your customer account. If you require the tracking number for a registered letter, please feel free to email us at info@kingsplace.shop .

  • Pre-orders: If you have pre-ordered items, these will be dispatched separately and bundled together on the release date. Please let us know in good time of any changes to your delivery address to ensure smooth delivery. Once released, the same dispatch procedure applies to pre-ordered goods (the delivery time applies from the date they become available).
